Our Vision

Harwood Methodist Church is following a Vision to be an outward facing church, serving the community, working in partnership with a number of agencies, and seeking to be a focal point of the community, with Christ at our centre, which aims to support the work that we see God already doing in the community round about us. Harwood Methodist Church

Bringing the good news of Jesus Christ to the people of Harwood

Redevelopment

Harwood Methodist Church was formed by the merger of two successful, respected and well established Methodist churches; each with their own gifts, graces and history. Since September of 2009 we have spent a great deal of time praying, reflecting and listening to God about what it is that he is calling us to be as the church in this place.

Part of the response to that call is a significant redevelopment and reshaping of our physical buildings in Harwood.

You will find information about our redevelopment here

Includes progress and pictures of the

completed work on Phase 1

We continue to work towards phase 2 of our development project (the construction of a new building at the Longsight site)

You can donate online to our redevelopment project through our justgiving page

Welcome

What’s On

See if you can guess the name of the well-known (or, perhaps, not so well known) Christmas Carol or Christmas song.

There will be a different scene each day from 1st to 24th December. The answer will be published the next day. Good luck!
